Step 3: Your authenticator app will launch when you scan the QR code. The app will provide you with a six digit number. Enter this number and select ‘Authenticate’. You will then be logged into the platform.
Step 4: Before fully logging you in to the Prism platform, you’ll be asked to note down a Backup Code. This is required in case you’re not able to provide an MFA code from your authenticator app (e.g. you lost your smartphone)
Reset Your 2FA
If you ever need to reset the two-factor authentication, you can select ‘Reset 2FA’ on the log in screen or your profile.
