When requesting a PDF report, there will be a delay in the report becoming available whilst the Platform collates and formats the necessary data for the report. When generating a PDF report, the A “Request Queued” message will appear indicating report generation will occur as a background task . As the report request has been received, and you may click away from the Export window whilst the report generation takes place.  Once the report is complete, you can check within the Secure File Exchange for any reports they that have requested from the Platform. The Platform stores all requested PDF reports in the Secure File Exchange. |
