When requesting a PDF report, there will be a delay in the report becoming available whilst the Platform collates and formats the necessary data for the report. When generating a PDF report, the “Request Queued” message will appear indicating report generation will occur as a background task. Users As the report request has been received, you may click away from the Export window whilst the report generation takes place. Once the report is complete.Users , you can check their within the Secure File Exchange for any reports they have requested from the Platform. The Platform stores all requested PDF reports in the Secure File Exchange. |
