Access User Roles:
Go to User Roles under the Permissions sidebar menu.
Create a New Role:
Click ‘+ New Role’ in the top right-hand corner.
Name the Role:
Enter a suitable name for the new user role.
Set Permissions:
Choose permissions for the role from the ‘Permission rules’ list.
You can select any combination of rules to tailor the role to specific needs.
Save the Role:
Click ‘Save changes’ to finalize the role and its permissions.
Example to Create a Read Only Role:
Enter client tenant.
Select Permissions > User Roles
Select + New Role
Enter Name and description to show read only user (for example “Client View Only”)
Under Assets tick the “View All Company Assets”
Under Results tick the “View All Results within Tenant”
Under Projects tick the “View Any Project within Tenant”
Save Changes
