  1. Access User Roles:

    • Go to User Roles under the Permissions sidebar menu.

  2. Create a New Role:

    • Click ‘+ New Role’ in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Name the Role:

    • Enter a suitable name for the new user role.

  4. Set Permissions:

    • Choose permissions for the role from the ‘Permission rules’ list.

    • You can select any combination of rules to tailor the role to specific needs.

  5. Save the Role:

    • Click ‘Save changes’ to finalize the role and its permissions.

Example to Create a Read Only Role:

  • Enter client tenant.

  • Select Permissions > User Roles

  • Select + New Role

  • Enter Name and description to show read only user (for example “Client View Only”)

  • Under Assets tick the “View All Company Assets”

  • Under Results tick the “View All Results within Tenant”

  • Under Projects tick the “View Any Project within Tenant”

  • Save Changes

Managing User Roles:

  • View and Edit Roles:

    • User roles are organized by name in a table format.

    • To modify a role's permissions, select the desired group from the table.
