The Platform enables you to directly inform your consultant and efficiently track your remediation efforts by marking issues as remediated. This feature is valuable for maintaining an organized approach to remediation management, even if re-tests are not conducted through the Platform.
Accessing the Issues Interface:
Navigate to the 'Issues' interface, located under 'Results' in the menu.
Selecting the Issue:
From the list, choose the issue you wish to mark as remediated.
Initiating Remediation Status:
Under 'Affected Hosts', click the ‘three dots’ button on the right-hand side.
Marking as Remediated:
Select ‘Remediated…’ from the options.
Adding Details:
Enter a summary of your remediation steps in the comment box. Attachments can be added for further clarification.
Saving the Comment:
Click ‘Save comment’ to finalize the update.
Please Note (MVS only): For issues reported in multiple scans, the Platform will close off all other instances of the issue historically. |
