Access Issues:
Begin by navigating to 'Issues', located under 'Results' on the menu.
Select Issues:
Select the desired issues using the checkboxes on the left-hand side.
Initiate Actions:
Click on the ‘Actions’ button situated on the right-hand side.
Choose Change Option:
From the drop-down menu, select ‘Change details’.
Set New Status:
In the pop-up box, choose the new status you wish to apply to the selected issues.
Apply Changes:
Finalize the process by clicking ‘Change details’.
