When requesting support regarding the platform, there are two methods available for requesting support, raising bugs or requesting feature improvements/enhancements:
Online Support Portal - This is a free-to-register secure platform in which you can raise, track and update requests.
In-Platform Help Centre - This is a feature within your platform tenant where you can raise requests. Subsequent tracking of requests is either via email or the Online Support Portal
