Centralized Company Management Across Multiple Tenants

The Company Management section within the Tenant Overview offers a streamlined solution for editing company details across multiple tenants. This feature is particularly useful for service providers conducting testing for clients, enabling bulk updates to company information as needed.

Tenant Overview access is reserved for security providers only to assist them in servicing their clients.

Editing Company Details:

Users have the capability to update a wide range of company details, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all tenants. These details include:

  • Company Name

  • Phone Number

  • Contact Email

  • Website

  • Address

  • Account Manager

  • CET Member

  • Permissions for Importing Results

  • Report Template Customizations:

    • PDF Text Colour

    • PDF Table Header Colour

    • PDF Table Header Text Colour

  • Appendix Details for Penetration Testing and MVS

  • Company Logo

Applying Changes Across Tenants:

Any modifications to these company details will automatically apply to all tenants where the company is registered. If the company is not present in a selected tenant, it will be created.

Steps to Search and Edit Company Details:

  1. Select Tenants:

    • Begin by choosing the tenants you want to apply the search to.

  2. Find Existing Company:

    • Enter the company name in the 'Find Existing Company' field and click 'Search'.

  3. Review and Edit:

    • The Platform will locate the company across the selected tenants and display the current details from the database.

    • Update any information as necessary.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Confirm your updates by clicking the 'Save Changes' button at the bottom right of the page.

This centralized approach to managing company details across multiple tenants simplifies the administration process, making it easier to maintain up-to-date and consistent information.
