Tenant Overview - Settings - Setup Groups

Introduction

This Tenant Overview feature in our platform allows users to streamline the tenant creation process by setting up custom groups or teams through the use of Setup Groups. This article will guide you through the steps to create your own custom groups within the Settings sub-menu of the Tenant Overview sidebar.

How to Create Custom Groups

1. Navigate to the Tenant Overview sidebar menu and select the Settings sub-menu.

2. Locate and click on the Setup Groups option.

3. Here, you will have the option to build your own custom groups or teams of users that will be applied during the tenant creation process.

4. You will need to provide the following details:

   • Group name and description

   • Servicing company details (security provider)

   • Company Accreditations (such as CREST, Cyber Essentials, ISO, etc.)

   • Company PDF configuration and customization (to maintain consistency across your client base)

   • Users that are required to service the tenant

   • Custom Test Types (test types to be used within the newly created tenant, along with default text to be displayed within the Executive Summary, Assessment Context, Caveats, and Scope sections of reports)

5. Once you have filled in all the required details, click on the Save button to create your custom group.

2. Simply choose the desired group from the dropdown menu, and the associated settings will be applied to the new tenant.
