The Platform has introduced comprehensive dashboards for managing projects across multiple tenants, specifically designed to aid service providers in overseeing client penetration testing and vulnerability scanning projects efficiently.

Tenant Overview access is reserved for security providers only to assist them in servicing their clients.

Dashboard Access for Project Managers:

Users assigned the Project Manager role will have immediate access to the following dashboards upon logging into the Platform:

  • State of Play

  • QA Reports

  • Tenant Overview

These dashboards provide live metadata about ongoing and completed projects, with functionality to refresh data on demand.

State of Play Dashboard:

This dashboard offers a streamlined overview of project statuses across tenants, featuring filters for:

  • Status: Current phase or scan status.

  • Date Range: Specific period of interest.

  • Tenant: Client organization.

  • Project Lead: Manager overseeing the project.

  • Lead Tester: Security consultant assigned to the assessment.

Selecting a line item directs you to the relevant tenant for detailed task management.

QA Reports Dashboard:

Focused on the QA process, this dashboard visualizes the status of engagements across tenants with filters for:

  • Phase Status: Current phase or scan status.

  • QA Status: Engagement's position within the QA process.

  • Date Range: Period of interest.

  • Tenant: Client organization.

  • Project Lead: Manager responsible for the project.

  • Tester: Consultant assigned to the engagement.

  • Reviewer: Consultants reviewing the QA step.

Accessing a line item navigates to the specific tenant for task execution.

Tenant Overview Dashboard:

This dashboard provides a holistic view of all tenants, detailing:

  • License Type: Freemium or Enterprise.

  • License Expiry: When the current license is due to expire.

  • Account Manager: Responsible service provider contact.

  • Total Assets: Number of assets within the tenant.

  • Total Users: User count within the tenant.

  • Last Delivered Test: Date of the most recent assessment delivery.
