Creating and Managing Asset Groups:

  1. Group Formation:

    • Users can select any number of assets to form new groups.

    • Once a group is created, define criteria for asset assignment, like hostname or IP address.

  • Grouped Assets: Assets that are automatically placed into logical groupings defined by the user.

Available Metrics for Grouping:

  • Compliance Ratings: Assess compliance statuses for groups, such as a PCI environment within an organization.

  • Severity Score/Rating: Obtain the highest severity score for an asset group, calculated based on the weakest link/asset weighting.

  • Tagging Capabilities: Enhance reporting granularity by tagging assets and asset groups.
