Prism The platform can send email-based scan/test phase reminders and project reminders. This is useful when planning future assessment activity such as penetration tests and vulnerability scans. For example, Prism the platform can send an email reminder before the anniversary of an annual penetration test, prompting you to start any pre-test planning and scoping activities.

Automated Email Reminders

When creating a new project or editing an existing penetration testing or vulnerability assessment project, Prism the platform will provide a toggle to enable email reminders for assessment phases within that project. After enabling the feature and configuring a timeframe for the reminders, Prism the platform will automatically send emails alerting you to the approaching penetration test(s) or vulnerability assessment scan(s)

For any vulnerability assessment projects that have email reminders enabled, Prism the platform will use the Schedule Date of each of the Project’s phase(s) to determine when to send the email reminders.

For any penetration testing projects that have email reminders enabled, Prism the platform will use the final date of each of the Project’s phase(s) to determine when to send the email reminders.
