Source IP Addresses for the Platform for Scanner Integrations
The Platform uses a predetermined set of public IP addresses from which connections to any of your scanning platforms are established. Awareness of these platform public IP addresses allows you to define more granular Source-based access policies/rules on your Internet firewall(s) or other associated access-controls.
Please ensure the appropriate IP addresses below are added to any relevant firewall rule sets and access control lists before attempting to connect the platform to your scanning platform(s)
The IP addresses listed below only represent the IP addresses that the Platform uses to communicate with integrated scanners. For assessment services provided by Rootshell Security; the source IP addresses used are unrelated to those listed below. IP addresses used by Rootshell Security to deliver assessment services are provided in the relevant Statement of Works documentation
Platform IP Addresses - UK Tenants
If your platform tenant is located in the UK region, these are the public IP address that platform will use to connect to your scanning platform(s):

In Which Region Is My Platform Tenant Located?
Once you have successfully authenticated into the platform from the login page, the URL in your browser’s address bar will indicate the region in which your platform tenant operates:
UK Regions will have in the URL <your-tenant-name>.uk.vulnerability-platform.com
EU Regions will have in the URL <your-tenant-name>.eu.vulnerability-platform.com
US Regions will have in the URL <your-tenant-name>.us.vulnerability-platform.com
