In some circumstances, a user account can be disabled (rather than deleted) in the Platform.
Disabled user accounts do not appear in the default list of users in the Users page.
If a user attempts to add a new user with the same email address as a disabled user account, the Platform will generate the following error:
If you are experiencing this error, please check if an account using that email address already exists but is disabled.
