To enhance administrative efficiency and streamline the onboarding process for new users, we have introduced the ability to clone existing users along with all or part of their permissions within the platform. This new feature allows administrators to quickly replicate user settings, ensuring that new team members or departmental shifts can be managed without the need for manual configuration of access rights.

Administrators can now select an existing user and clone their profile permissions.
This includes all permissions related to the platform, such as access to projects, phases, assets, asset groups, and questionnaires.
Cloning ensures that new users have consistent access to the necessary resources without repetitive manual configuration.

The platform will guide the administrator through the process of setting up the new user.
Administrators will be prompted to specify the details for the new user while ensuring that all cloned permissions are correctly applied.

How to Use the Clone User Function
Navigate to the Users page from the sidebar menu within the platform.
Select the … action menu next to the user you wish to clone.
Choose the "Clone User" option.
Enter the details for the new user and confirm the permissions to be cloned.
Review and save the new user's settings by clicking Clone User.
