Disabled User Accounts

This article describes how to re-enable user accounts that have been previously disabled in the Platform.

Overview

The Platform allows for user accounts to be disabled to prevent users from logging in to the Platform. When a user account is disabled (not deleted), all details remain stored in the Platform’s database for later use

User management is only available for users that have the necessary user management permissions for their role. If you’re Platform interface does not include the Users menu option, your role does not permit user management capability - please contact your Platform administrator(s)
