Navigating Phases and Scans: Streamlined Project Breakdown
The Phases/Scans section of the Platform provides a comprehensive view of the different tests within your projects, referred to as ‘phases’ or ‘scans’. Here, you can see a list of all your projects’ phases/scans.
For each phase or scan, you can see:
The phase/scan status (e.g. ‘Delivered’)
Phase/Scan name
The corresponding project
Scheduled dates for the test (filterable column)
Test type
Any tags you may have assigned
Search for a specific phase/scan using the search bar in the top right-hand corner.
Click ‘Filter’ to sort This interface is designed to give you a detailed overview and easy management of each phase or scan associated with your projects.

Overview of Phases/Scans:
Status: View the current status of each phase/scan, like ‘Delivered’.
Name: Identify each phase/scan by its unique name.
Project Association: See the corresponding project for each phase/scan.
Scheduled Dates: Check the scheduled test dates, with filter options for easy sorting.
Test Type: Understand the type of test conducted (e.g., web application, mobile application, social engineering).
Tags: Review any custom tags assigned for organization and tracking.
Efficient Searching and Filtering:
Search Function: Quickly find specific phases/scans using the search bar.
Filter Options: Sort results by date range, phase status, test type

Download this information by selecting ‘Actions’ and then ‘Download Report’ in the top right-hand corner. This option becomes available once the test is complete; if you can’t see it, the phase hasn’t finished yet.

Download Reports: Download comprehensive reports from the ‘Actions’ menu post-completion of the test.
Availability Indicator: If the ‘Download Report’ option is not visible, the phase is yet to be completed.
