Dashboard Access for Project Managers:

Users assigned the Project Manager role , they will be greeted with the State of Play dashboard will have immediate access to the following dashboards upon logging into Prism. They will also have access to the QA Reports and Tenant Overview dashboards.

Each one of the available dashboards displays as live meta data. Users are able to invoke a data update on a per dashboard or line item basis. These updates can take a few minutes depending on the size of your requested dataset.

  • Status: Current phase or scan status.

  • Date Range: Specific period of interest.

  • Tenant: Client organization.

  • Project Lead: Manager overseeing the project.

  • Lead Tester: Security consultant assigned to the assessment.

Focused on the QA process, this dashboard visualizes the status of engagements going through the Prism QA process across multiple tenants. You are able to filter the dataset by the following areastenants with filters for:

  • Phase Status - The status of the : Current phase or scan status.

  • QA Status - The status of the engagement in your : Engagement's position within the QA process.

  • Date Range: Period of interest.

  • Tenant: Client organization.

  • Project Lead - Project Manager: Manager responsible for the project.

  • Tester- The assigned consultant against : Consultant assigned to the engagement.

  • Reviewer- The assigned consultants tasked with : Consultants reviewing the engagement QA step.

Tenant Overview Dashboard:

This dashboard provides the service provider with an overview a holistic view of all tenants with details around, detailing:

  • License Type: Freemium or Enterprise.

  • License Expiry: When the current license is due to expire.

  • Account Manager: Responsible service provider contact.

  • Total Assets: Number of assets within the tenant.

  • Total Users: User count within the tenant.

  • Last Delivered Test - : Date of the last time an assessment was deliveredmost recent assessment delivery.
