Give a user access to one specific Project using access controls. The rest of your data will be hidden. You need to add users before you can assign permissions; click here to find out how.

Any user groups assigned at the user creation step, will overwrite these Access Permissions. Prism will display these ineffective permissions with a conflict badge being visible.

Follow these steps to assign access controls:

Step 1: Select Access Controls under the Permissions sidebar menu.

Step 2: Click ‘+ New permission’ in the top right-hand corner.

Step 3: Select the desired user from the ‘User’ drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select the permission type.

Step 5: Select the project/phase or questionnaire you would like them to have access to from the relevant drop-down menus.

Step 6: Select whether you would like the user to have one of three of the following states:

  • View Only - Can only be viewed without access to make changes.

  • Editor - Limited read/write access and can remediate issues.

  • Administrator - User has full access and permissions to manage the resource.view-only or edit the project.

Step 7: Click ‘Create permission’.

The user will now have access to the given project/phase or questionnaire.

You can see the different permissions organised by user in the table and filter by Projects, Phases and Questionnaires.
