In order to set-up a Proof of Concept, or trial period, of Prism for a selected Tenant/Client the PMO or equivalent user needs to perform the following:

  • Search/Find the tenant in question from the Tenant Overview Dashboard

  • Select Upgrade Tenant button for the tenant in question.

  • Check the “This upgrade is for a trial period” option

  • Once selected Prism will ask you to enter the following information:

    • Client Name

    • Upgrade Period (From/To Dates)

    • Any additional users/emails to be notified

This step is to capture the sales proof of concept process.

Once all the information is entered, the tenant is then uplifted to Enterprise capabilities from the start date provided and will automatically downgrade when the end date is met.

Throughout the Proof of Concept period, status and reminder emails will be sent to the relevant contacts.
