Adding Users in Bulk
The platform supports the requirement to onboard more than one user at a time. This dramatically speeds up the onboarding time for new users to the platform.
Importing User Data
Within the Users page select the Import Users button.
The platform supports two methods for importing user data, JSON and Spreadsheet formats. Example files can be downloaded from the interface within the platform.
Select your file type you wish to upload, Spreadsheet/JSON.
Upload your file, such as a spreadsheet below:
Once uploaded the platform will then ask for you assign the correct Company and User Roles (if any) to assign to the imported users.
Once you have assigned your company and user role, click the Save Import button. This will trigger the importing process and once completed you will receive an in-platform notification and email to confirm the successful onboarding. Also at this point, the platform invitation emails will be sent to the users' provided email addresses.
