Having an Audit?

The platform allows you to set an existing user as an Auditor by enabling the Auditor option when editing a user:

This will set that user to only see the main dashboard. All other side menu links are not visible. Vulnerability titles can be seen but the user cannot view the technical details of the vulnerability.

When this setting is enabled any prior user roles or permissions setup for the user will be ignored.
