Streamline communication with colleagues, vendors, and third parties by adding comments to Issues. You could ask a colleague for an update on remediation, request more information from your tester, or even loop in Third Parties so they can correspond directly with your vendor.

Follow the steps below to add comments:

Step 1: Go to the Issues interface, under Results on the menu.

Step 2: Select an issue from the table.

Step 3: Type your message into the comment box in the top right-hand corner. You can also add an attachment.

Step 4: Once you have entered your message, you can mention a user by selecting the ‘Mention users’ drop-down. You can also loop in the Project Lead by checking the ‘Tag project lead’ box.

Step 5: Click ‘Save Comment’.

An email notification will be sent to the users you mention or tag.
