The Issues interface on the Platform is a centralized location where you can view and manage all vulnerabilities identified by your active tests. This feature is designed to streamline the process of tracking and addressing each issue effectively.
Key Features of the Issues Interface:
Comprehensive Overview of Issues:
Issue Status: View the current status of each issue.
Risk Level: Identify the risk level of each issue (‘Critical’, ‘High’, ‘Medium’, or ‘Low’).
Tags: Review any custom tags assigned for easier tracking.
Remediation Date: Check the date when an issue was or is planned to be remediated.
Assigned Users: See which users are assigned to specific issues.
SLA Tracking: If enabled, monitor SLA information to prioritize issues needing immediate attention.
Affected Instances: Understand the scope of each issue by the number of affected instances.
Search and Filter Capabilities:
Search Function: Locate specific issues quickly using the search bar.
Filter Options: Refine your view by date range, risk rating, and more. Choose to view issues based on their status like ‘Confirmed’, ‘Remediated’, ‘In Progress’, or ‘Suppressed’.
Remediation and Management Tools:
Individual/Bulk Actions: Perform remediation actions on individual or multiple issues simultaneously.
Detailed Issue Information: Select an issue for more in-depth details and comment options.
Additional Options: Access further actions by clicking the three-dots menu, including marking issues as remediated, false positive, accepting risk, suppressing issue hosts (MVS only), or decommissioning a host.
Bulk Status Editing and User Assignment: Edit the status of issues in bulk and assign issues to users from the Phase view of a test.
