Efficient Issue Management on the Platform

The Platform provides streamlined processes for managing the statuses of issues, whether it's marking an issue as remediated, identifying it as a false positive, or accepting its associated risk. These functionalities allow for effective tracking and communication of your remediation efforts.

Accepting Risk of an Issue

1. Go to Issues Interface: Located under Results on the menu.

2. Identify the Issue: Select the issue for which you want to accept risk.

3. Menu Options: Use the ‘three dots’ button under Affected Hosts.

4. Accept Risk: Click ‘Accept risk…’.

5. Provide Justification: Enter your reasoning in the comment box and add attachments.

6. Finalize: Click ‘Mark as accept risk’ to submit to your testers.

Bulk Status Change
